Broadcom will perform maintenance on the High-Risk Isolation (HRI) service to improve stability and continue to optimize the service.
Timing
The maintenance window will run on February 22, 2026. All maintenance will occur between 08:00 UTC and 18:00 UTC.
Impact
The activity only affects Cloud SWG customers who use High-Risk Isolation (no impact on dedicated Web Isolation tenants).
During this maintenance event, end users might experience a degradation of service on isolated sessions.
