Cloud SWG: Web Isolation Connectivity Service Maintenance June 14, 2026

Broadcom will perform general infrastructure maintenance on the Cloud SWG - Web Isolation connectivity service to improve stability and continue to optimize the service.

Timing

The maintenance window will run on June 14, 2026. All maintenance will occur between 08:00 UTC and 18:00 UTC.

Impact

During the maintenance window customers may experience a temporary degradation of service.

• During this maintenance event, end users might experience a degradation of service on isolated sessions
• Users' activity audits during the maintenance period may not be presented in the activity logs
• All other aspects of our services are expected to function as normal.

Broadcom will perform maintenance on the High-Risk Isolation (HRI) service to improve stability and continue to optimize the service.
