We have identified the cause of the issue and have implemented a fix. We will now monitor the service for stability and provide updates as soon as new information becomes available.

VMware Cloud on AWS is investigating a service event with Cloud Console operations involving Identity and Access Management functionality, including User management and User permission management operations.

These operations are intermittently failing, and when using the VMC Console to perform the operation, an error message is displayed when the operation fails.

Our engineering teams are engaged and we'll provide a progress update in the next 90 minutes.

There is no impact to customer workloads.
