Customers should now be able to browse or view isolated attachments. We will now monitor the service for stability and provide updates as soon as new information becomes available.

Email Security.cloud and Threat Explorer customers who use Web Isolation are unable to browse or view isolated attachments. The issue is a result of an outage with one of our platform providers.

Our engineering teams are engaged with our platform provider and actively investigating the issue. We will provide updates as more information becomes available.
