On November 13, 2025 between 00:00 and 06:30 UTC, a subset of customers connecting through Mumbai, India (GINMU) and Singapore (GSGRS) POPs may have seen loss of some events.
As of 06:30 UTC, there is no impact to customers and they should no longer experience any issues. We are now monitoring the service for stability and will provide updates as more information becomes available.
