On March 6, 2026 between 1:11 and 5:48 UTC, during the scheduled maintenance window, an issue was observed that impacted the generation of Investigate logs. As a result, logs for activities during this period will not be available in the CloudSOC CASB console.

System protection remained fully active throughout this event and all DLP policies and blocking actions continued to function as expected.

This issue is now resolved and normal log generation has resumed. There will be no further communication on this incident as it has been resolved.
