Impact:
- Customers may receive Intermittent 5xx errors for the SMG Customer Specific Rules features and reports during the maintenance window.
Broadcom is performing planned maintenance of Messaging Gateway beginning June 30, 2026, starting at 09:30 UTC, for a duration of 2 hours.
Impact
During the maintenance window customers may experience downtime in following services:
- Registration
- Rule downloads
- Posting consumer spam submission.
- Probe address addition
All other aspects of the product will work as expected during the maintenance window.
