Cloud SWG: Beijing (ACNBJ) Data Center Maintenance June 26, 2026

Broadcom will perform general maintenance to the Cloud SWG service in Beijing (ACNBJ) Data Center.

The maintenance window will run from June 26, 2026 at 13:00 UTC, with a completion date/time of June 26, 2026 at 21:00 UTC.

As a reminder, in preparation for the upgrade, customers using IPSec as a connection method to these datacenters must make sure NAT Traversal (NAT-T) is enabled in their firewall's IPSec configuration and that any egress firewalls rules allow UDP port 4500. Failure to update the firewall’s IPSec configuration will result in a permanent outage.

Impact

Expect the site to be completely unavailable during the maintenance window.

Required Action by Connection Method

• IPsec: Switch to your secondary tunnel prior to the maintenance window.
• WSS Agent / ESA: User traffic will be automatically redirected by the service to the nearest alternate site during the maintenance window.
• Explicit proxy and proxy forwarding: Customers directing traffic to proxy.wss.broadcom.cn will be automatically redirected by the service to the nearest alternate site during the maintenance window.

WARNING: Any customer, regardless of connection method, with a configuration pointing to a specific site or IP address must manually failover to a secondary site during the migration window to avoid an outage. Explicit redirection should never point to an IP address. Only IPsec connections should be directed to IP addresses.
