  • Summary: This notification is to inform you that the Clarity SaaS team will be applying a product patch to your environment to address issues as identified below.

  • Schedule: The maintenance will be performed at the time listed in this notice.

  • Service Availability: The service will be unavailable within the duration of the maintenance. You will be notified upon completion.

  • Impact: This maintenance will update Clarity SaaS with a product patch. This patch will not include new functionality.

  • Action Required: Please test after this maintenance is completed to confirm the issues listed have been resolved.

    NOTE: These issues will be addressed in your Production environment during the previously scheduled 16.4.0 Upgrade in early January for which you have received a separate notification.

  • Details: In an effort to address recently identified issues with our Clarity service, the Clarity SaaS team is applying a product patch to your environment. The following issues are addressed as part of this maintenance activity:

    • DE179919 - Error Toast Message upon navigating to MUX KB Article

    • DE179797 - Project creation failing with API-1005 Attribute(s) “helpText” specified KB Article

    • DE179927 - Creating a project from template API-1019 error if the Create From Template modal has nonpopulated Money type field

    • DE180180 - Delete Process Instances Job Performance Issue KB Article

    • DE180212 - Export: Large data rows cause page skipping leading to 500-page limit exhaustion
