Investigating

We are currently investigating issues where a subset of customers are experiencing issues after logging into the Cloud Portal in the EU region. The page may be loading with a delay. Refreshing the page will serve as an interim workaround.

This matter is being addressed with the highest priority, and we will share further updates as more information becomes available.

Please be assured that other Endpoint Security functionalities remain unaffected. The protection services on installed devices continue to function normally.
