Broadcom will perform general maintenance to the Cloud SWG POPs in Jakarta (GIDJK), Manila (GPHMA) and Taipei (GTWTA) on January 08, 2026 at 12:00 UTC and completing on January 09, 2026 at 18:00 UTC.

This maintenance includes the addition of ingress addresses to the site. Carefully review the information below to avoid disruption of service. Please refer to the details below for location-specific information.

Impact

• Expect the sites to be completely unavailable during the maintenance window.
• IP address changes will occur for WSS Agent traffic so it is imperative to adjust access control lists appropriately in case you are using this access method.

Required Action by Connection Method prior to January 08, 2026

• IPsec: Switch to your secondary tunnel prior to the maintenance window, for the duration of the maintenance.
• WSS Agent, Symantec Enterprise Agent: Update any firewall rules regulating connectivity with Cloud SWG to allow traffic to pass to/from the IP networks listed above. Failure to make these changes could prevent users from connecting to Cloud SWG, or authenticating against the service using the Auth Connector (where applicable) after the maintenance. During the maintenance, agent traffic will be automatically redirected by the service to the nearest site.
• Explicit proxy and proxy forwarding: Customers directing traffic to proxy.threatpulse.net will be automatically redirected by the service to the nearest alternate site during the maintenance window.
