Automic SaaS Emergency Maintenance Non-Production NA October 16, 2025
Broadcom is performing an emergency update (Zero downtime upgrade) of Automic SaaS instance beginning October 16, 2025, starting at 02:00 UTC, with a completion date of October 18, 2025, at 04:00 UTC.
We resolved an issue where some special characters were displayed incorrectly in Promptsets after upgrading. Promptset labels and values will now correctly render all special characters, ensuring accurate job creation.
Impact
This maintenance will update Automic SaaS to 24.6.0 HF2. Access to Automic SaaS will remain available throughout the maintenance; however, agent and user reconnections will occur during the upgrade. The below activity will be performed during this maintenance:
