Broadcom will perform general infrastructure maintenance on the Cloud SWG - Web Isolation connectivity service to improve stability and continue to optimize the service.
Timing
The maintenance window will start on April 26, 2026 at 07:00 UTC and continue until 18:00 UTC.
Impact
During the maintenance window customers may experience a temporary degradation of service.
- End users might experience a degradation of service on isolated sessions
- Users' activity audits during the maintenance period may not be presented in the activity logs
- All other aspects of our services are expected to function as normal
