Broadcom is performing planned maintenance on our licensing infrastructure on November 20, 2025, starting 00:00 UTC, and ending at 01:00 UTC.

Impact

During this time the following scenarios should be noted:

  • None of the appliances will be able to download any licenses.
  • Virtual appliances will not be able to use the phone home service resulting in warnings, however these appliances will continue to work normally during this maintenance window.
  • Hardware appliances will not be able to update birth certificates.
  • The subscription download service will work with the existing data. Any new data will not be available during the maintenance.
