  • Summary: This notification is to inform you that the Clarity SaaS team will be applying a product patch to your environment to address an issue as identified below.

  • Schedule: The maintenance will be performed at the time listed in this notice.

  • Service Availability: The service will be unavailable within the duration of the maintenance. You will be notified upon completion.

  • Impact: This maintenance will update Clarity SaaS with a product patch. This patch will not include new functionality.

    NOTE: This issue will be addressed in your Production environment during the previously scheduled 16.4.1 Upgrade for which you have received a separate notification.

  • Details: In an effort to address recently identified issues with our Clarity service, the Clarity SaaS team is applying a product patch to your environment. The following issues are addressed as part of this maintenance activity:

    • DE184020 - After 16.4.1 upgrade Time Slicing Sync job produces excessive logging KB Article
