Broadcom is performing scheduled release update of Automic SaaS instance beginning October 9, 2025, starting at 02:00 UTC with a completion date of October 11, 2025, at 04:00 UTC. This maintenance will update Automic SaaS to 24.6.0 and include infrastructure updates.

Impact

Automic SaaS will be temporarily unavailable for approximately 30 minutes from the scheduled start time. During the upgrade process, agents and users may experience reconnections.
