Email Security.cloud Announcement: Addition of Hosted Email Providers

Broadcom is adding additional Hosted Email Service providers to it's Email Security.cloud service. The following Hosted Email Providers will be added:
- Amazon SES
- AppRiver Microsoft 365
- GoDaddy Microsoft 365
- Intermedia
- IONOS
- Kiteworks
- Symantec CloudSOC CASB
- Zoho
If your organization uses any of the above services for outbound email via the email security platform, it can be configured via the Email Security.cloud portal, which will authorize the email security service to accept and inspect outbound emails from the chosen provider on behalf of your domains.
Additionally, if you have previously configured IP addresses under Outbound Routes for any of these providers, your setup will be automatically updated to use the corresponding Hosted Email Service.
Timing
This update will occur on July 24, 2025.
Impact
No customer impact is expected from this update and all aspects of our service are expected to function as normal.
