Carbon Black Cloud, a division of Broadcom, will be performing maintenance for Enterprise EDR Search in US region beginning February 14, 2025, starting at 10:00 UTC, for a duration of 12 hours.
Impact
During this maintenance period, Investigate search on Enterprise EDR and Enterprise standard may experience degraded performance.
Customers may experience search timeouts for brief periods on Investigate, Process Analysis and Alert Triage pages in the console. If you experience this issue, please try again after 10 minutes.
There is no impact to watchlist detections & security efficacy of the product during this maintenance.
