We are investigating an issue currently impacting Endpoint Security customers with Identity Provider (IDP) configuration during creation and deletions. When a IDP is deleted and a user tries creating a new IDP, it fails with error that it already exists. This impacts new IDP creation as well as IDP updates. The impact is limited to only when customer deletes and creates a new one. Brand new creations are not impacted.
No other functionality of the product is impacted and protection services remain fully operational. We will provide updates as new information becomes available.
