We're applying a fix to solve the issue and restore full service. The issue was identified as hitting the limit on the data type used by one of our database column, the fix involved backing up our database before taking the appropriate steps to increase the limit. We're unable to provide an ETA at the moment, but updates will be provided as soon as available.
We have identified the cause of the issue as hitting a configured database limit, we're working with the engineering team on a fix. We will provide updates as new information becomes available.
We are seeing increased 5xx codes returned for our EMEA analysis api, a subset of customers might notice an increase in such rates on analysis submissions and while fetching results. We're investigating the issue, and updates will be provided as available.
