Investigating

Arcot monitoring detected an elevated failure rate of Risk Assessment for transactions. Our internal teams were engaged who are working to restore the service.

Impact: Transaction authentication might have experienced increased latency and based on fallback rules might have been denied. If fallback processing was enabled the cardholder was challenged for transactions that would normally might not had been challenged for. If the transaction was denied in the AREQ leg or the challenge failed and if 'Attempts' processing was not available for this transaction, it was likely that the cardholder might have been prompted for another payment method.

Arcot is working on priority to have this problem resolved. Please expect the next update by 0130 HRS GMT.
