A patch was implement during maintenance last night to address the Apdex data quality issue. This has successfully addressed the problem and Apdex data is returning correctly.
We have identified the cause of the issue and have developed a fix. It will be applied tonight during emergency maintenance, as posted at the following status page: https://status.broadcom.com/services/appneta/notices/rafpe9m2pkgkgcfm-apm-emergency-maintenance-all-application-nodes
Broadcom Engineering has identified an issue causing incorrect Apdex values to be reported in the Web Path Apdex Charts & Web Path Data APIs.
