ACTION REQUIRED: Upcoming PGP public key expiry

Arcot's PGP public key is expiring on the 5th of February 2024. This will impact customers who sends encrypted data with Arcot's public key to Arcot for data upload processing. Arcot has generated a renewed key and the same can be downloaded from the below link. Arcot requests customers to replace Arcot's existing public key in their job system prior to the expiry and let Arcot support know incase of any issues faced in this activity.

Arcot requests customers to notify Arcot Support with the date of key renewal completed on their end so that their file upload jobs could be closely monitored by Arcot. Arcot is ready to work with renewed key starting now, and will continue to support the old key until 5th of February 2024.

As an acknowledgement, please inform Broadcom CSM/PM or raise a support case that:

1. You have received the renewed PGP key properly (as sometimes they are corrupted)
2. The action required at your end with an ETA so we can line up downstream plans accordingly
