Customers that submit "high volumes" of analysis to us may experience large delays of greater than an hour for the results of some submissions, and some analysis results are not returned at all. Cause is a problem with a hosted cloud provider service used for sandboxing. Our engineers are currently working on the issue, and we'll provide updates as more information is available. We apologize for the inconvenience that this might cause.
