Partner Generated Billing reruns have completed successfully. Partner Generated Billing is fully operational.

We have monitored the service for stability and this incident shall now be closed.

Monitoring

CloudHealth engineering has deployed a fix which is confirmed to resolve the issue. We are currently monitoring affected customers as the fix is applied.

A further update will be sent once confirmation of all affected customers are resolved.

CloudHealth engineering has identified the cause of the issue and a fix is in the process of being deployed. We will provide updates as more information becomes available.

Investigating

CloudHealth engineering is currently investigating an issue with Partner Generated Billing is not working for Consolidated and Standalone customers who have savings plans. Reports will be delayed.
