Carbon Black Cloud – US1 Degraded Performance
We have monitored the service for stability and this incident shall now be closed.
On August 22, 2024, between 12:11 UTC and 15:00 UTC, customers in US1 region would have experienced behavior ranging from the page not loaded, to being able to log in, but many functions reporting errors. An erroneous web certificate was installed causing unreliable console availability and behavior.
As of 15:00 UTC, the service is fully restored we continue to closely monitor the service.
