Broadcom will perform service maintenance in the Tel Aviv, Israel region (me-west1) on September 10, 2023.

This service update is part of the maintenance activities required for supporting the new region and expanding its availability for new customers.

Impact

• During the maintenance period, the Web Isolation Portal may be temporarily inaccessible
• Users' activity audits during the maintenance period may not be presented in the activity logs.
• End users might experience a degradation in service during the maintenance period.

Required Action

Broadcom performs E2E tests and validations as part of the maintenance. However, customers are advised to perform sanity checks on their environment once the maintenance is completed and contact support in case a problem arises due to maintenance.
