We have implemented a fix and the portal is now accessible. We will now monitor the service for stability and provide updates as soon as new information becomes available.

Investigating

We are aware customers may be experiencing login errors when attempting to log into the management portal. This is impacting the following products/services:

  • Cloud Workload Assurance
  • Cloud Workload Protection
  • Cloud Workload Protection for Storage

We are currently investigating these errors and will provide further updates as new information is discovered.
