Impact
During the maintenance period, the DX SaaS may lead to intermittent gaps in data, delays in processing the latest Service Alarms, Tickets, and Email/Webhook notifications, and UI inaccessible for 30 minutes within the maintenance window. All other aspects of the product will function as normal.
