On March 23, 2022 from 22:30 UTC, customers may have experienced issues while browsing using Web Isolation when accessing through WSS. The issue affected only a subset of customers of WSS, who were using a non-updated machine.
It has been identified that the problem occurred due to updated certificates in Web Isolation, which out-of-date machines were not able to validate and trust.
As of 10:30 UTC on March 24, 2022, the service is fully restored. This incident is now resolved.
