We are aware of customers experiencing issues connecting to Shanghai (SHA1) and Beijing (PEK1) data centers when using the Web Security Service Agent (WSS Agent). Customers may experience disconnects from the service. We are currently investigating the issue and will provide additional updates as new information becomes available.
Note that this issue is only impacting WSS Agent connections and all other access methods remain operational.
