We have monitored the service and confirmed the issue is now fully resolved. This incident shall now be closed.
Some customers may have experienced application slowness and intermittent failures with Authenticator Validation and Management APIs, User Validation and Management APIs and VIP Manager from 13:16 UTC to 13:36 UTC.
We identified and resolved the issue to restore service. We will monitor the service for stability and provide updates as new information becomes available.
