Between the incident start and end times noted below VMware vRealize Log Insight Cloud experienced significant processing delays. Some logs may have been delayed up to 3 hour. No logs were lost during this incident. Backlog has been completely recovered and ingestion processing is now back to normal. Root cause was due to some system components having been migrated to nodes with a different architecture.
