Symantec, a division of Broadcom, will be performing a planned update of the following component:
• Voice Delivery
Impact Symantec is changing the sender number for voice-generated security codes from 773-243-0399 to 669-223-0136. Only the sender number is changing; all other aspects of sending security codes by a voice call are not changing. The short code and sender numbers for SMS are not changing.
There is no expected downtime and end users should not experience changes when using VIP.
