There was a spike in 3D Secure transaction failures (status Unavailable) between 00:23 GMT to 0107 GMT, 13 January 2021. Arcot teams received packet-loss alerts from our ISP during this period. The transaction processing returned to normal without any explicit recovery actions and the impact was partial. A priority ticket has been opened with our ISP for further investigation.
