This incident has been resolved. More information will be provided as we complete the root cause investigation.
We have identified an issue in our last night’s monitoring point upgrade to 12.8.0 release. Appliances of all upgrade types (Managed, Scheduled and Manual) got upgraded to this latest release. This includes all global monitoring points and enterprise monitoring points. We are investigating the root cause of this.

During the scheduled Monitoring Point upgrade (2020-Sep-23, 8pm ET), some Monitoring Points which were set to have “Manual” or “Scheduled” upgrades may have been unintentionally upgraded at that time. We are investigating how this occurred and will provide an update here. We apologize for this action outside of your designated change window. No action is required at this time.
