The issue has been identified and a change is being deployed to fix the issue. It will continue to be in a degraded state until the deploy has been completed and the fix is verified.

Investigating

Description: Carbon Black Cloud 05 Device Services is currently serving in a degraded state. Some customers may experience delay in policy changes and/or failure to register new sensors.

We are currently working on a fix for this issue.
