On August 11, 2020, between approximately 04:46 UTC and 06:50 UTC, a small subset of customers provisioned on the EMEA infrastructure may have experienced delays sending/receiving emails. This resulted in emails being queued on our infrastructure. The underlying issue was resolved at approximately 06:50 UTC and queued emails were processed. Note that this issue only impacted a small subset of EMEA infrastructure and majority of the emails were delivered without any delays.
