Processing has remained at normal operation for 90 minutes.
A connectivity bottleneck between different Lastline hosted data centers caused the processing of analysis results to be temporarily slower than usual. We have identified the bottleneck and are working on remediation.
At this point, processing has resumed normal operation and we continue monitoring the situation. The slowdown did not impact quality of analysis results (beyond average completion times being higher than usual, there was no other impact on the service).
A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results.
