Our investigation into the intermittent EDR portal availability continues. We have engaged our service provider to assist in remediating the impact for the portal users. Customers may continue to intermittently receive errors when accessing the EDR portal. However, backend analytic processing should continue to function and will be accessible once the we resolve the intermittent availability of the EDR portal.
