The scheduled maintenance has been completed.
Scheduled maintenance is currently in progress. We will provide updates as necessary.
A Web Security Service (WSS) capacity expansion will result in the addition of a new IP network to the Sao Paulo data center on 18 March 2019. The new IPs will be used for both ingress and egress communications. However, there is no change to the data center VIP.
This new network is 189.125.47.0/24
Required Action Any third party application provider who regulates connections by source IP should be updated to accept connections from the new network to ensure WSS traffic passes unencumbered.
In addition, if connectivity from your network to WSS is regulated by stringent firewall rules, those firewall rules should be adjusted to allow traffic to pass to the new IPs prior to the go-live date.
