We have not seen recurrence of latency issues and the service via Seoul, Osaka and Taipei data centers is fully operational. This incident is resolved.
The disruption in the Seoul, Osaka and Taipei and centers has been remediated. The availability of the data centers has been restored. We are closely monitoring the data centers performance.
Customers may experience a loss of connectivity when connecting to the Seoul, Taipei and Osaka data centers. New customer connections may be redirected to a geographically close Data Center.
We are currently investigating the issue with our network carrier and will provide additional updates as new information becomes available.
