On February 5, 2019, between 12:00 UTC and 15:37 UTC, customer connections to the Sao Paulo data center may have been unable to establish new connections or experienced latency. This issue is resolved.
However, latency has still been observed. We are working with the carrier to fully resolve this issue. We will provide updates when new information is available.
