Impact: VKE control plane and Kubernetes dashboard will be unavailable for 30 minutes for service maintenance. While it is unavailable:
- Users will not be able to log into or use VKE.
- Clusters will not automatically scale up or down in response to workload changes.
- Service load balancers and persistent disks cannot be created or deleted.
