As of 16:38 UTC, connectivity to the site has been restored. Our investigation has determined that a network carrier in the area experienced an outage. We are communicating with involved network providers to determine the root cause. We will provide additional updates as new information becomes available.
Customer connections to the Mumbai data center have been redirected to another geographically close data center. We are currently investigating the issue and an update will be provided once more data is available.
