We have resolved the previously reported concern with the policies not being listed in the cloud console.

Investigating

We are aware customers may be experiencing issue with policies not being listed in the cloud console. We are currently investigating these symptoms and will provide further updates as new information is discovered.

Please note that no other SEP 14.1 Cloud Console functionality is affected and the protection services provided by endpoints remains continues to protect devices it is installed on.
