Shanghai (VIP2) Data Center Unavailable
The disruption in the Shanghai, VIP2, data center has been remediated. The availability of the data center has been restored. This incident is now resolved.
The Shanghai data center, VIP2, is currently unavailable. Customer connections to the Shanghai data center, VIP2, were redirected to another geographically close data center. We are investigating the issue and will provide additional updates as new information becomes available.
IPSec connected customers are requested to bring up their secondary tunnel (if configured) while we work towards resolving this incident.
