Service Announcement
To maximize customer visibility of Web Security Service (WSS) system status, Symantec will transition from our current “Trust Portal” (https://trust.bluecoat.com) to the new “Symantec Status” (https://wss.status.symantec.com) at 07:00 US Eastern Time (12:00 UTC) on January 9, 2019.
Symantec Status is available now to preview, but will not be considered officially live or supported until the transition date.
To avoid confusion, Trust Portal will be decommissioned as soon as Symantec Status goes live.
A follow-up announcement will be provided once Symantec Status is live.
