On December 3, 2018, beginning at 09:16 UTC, the London South data center was unavailable. All active customer connections were redirected to a geographically close Data Center. IPSEC connections would have failed over to their backup tunnels if configured. On December 3, 2018, at 09:29 UTC, performance has been restored and the issue is resolved.
