The scheduled maintenance has been completed.
Scheduled maintenance is currently in progress. We will provide updates as necessary.
The Web Security Service (WSS) will be adding an additional network to the Shanghai data center on August 28, 2018. This new network is 211.147.79.0/25.
The network 211.147.78.0/25 that was announced on August 10, 2018, was incorrectly provided by the carrier. If this network has been added to any ACLS’s, it needs to be removed.
Action Required If connectivity to WSS is behind stringent firewall rules, those firewall rules may need to be adjusted to allow traffic to pass to the service. Please ensure that these new networks are added to yours or vendors' ACLs to ensure WSS traffic is unencumbered.
Reporting Problems If you have questions about this new network in Shanghai, contact Technical Support. Support information is located at https://support.symantec.com/en_US.html or on the main Web Security Service Portal page of https://portal.threatpulse.com/.
